Import control system 2 (ICS2) 2024 – SELF-FILERS

Dear valued ONE customer,

The ICS2 phase 2, deployment window, for house level filers opened December 4th 2024 and will close April 1st 2025.

For customers who intend to complete their own house level filing, we have created the guidelines below to ensure a smooth transition, streamline your customs processes and avoid any potential delays.

Key Guidelines:

● ONE’s EORI Number:
ONE’s EORI number is to be used as the carrier identification number.
You can contact your local ONE-representative to ask for our EORI number if you do not
have this yet.

● Master Bill of Lading Number:
ONE’s Master B/L (M B/L) must be referenced in your ENS House level filing. The complete
B/L number should be entered including the prefix “ONEY”. For example, if our booking
number is ABCD12345600, enter B/L number as ONEYABCD12345600”.

● Filing Combination Options:
To ensure seamless coordination between ONE‘s filings and self filings, please specify the
correct carrier filing type (F12 or F13) and your company's declarant EORI number in the
shipping instructions. This enables us to comply with EU regulations and avoid potential
delays and penalties.

● Option 1
Carrier Filing: F12 (M B/L, without actual Buyer and Seller information)
Customer Filing: F14 (H B/L without actual Buyer and Seller + information) +
F16 (Sub-house filing with actual Buyer and Seller information -
no cargo data)

● Option 2
Carrier Filing: F12 (M B/L, without actual Buyer and Seller information)
Customer Filing: F15 (H B/L + actual buyer and seller information)

● Option 3
Carrier Filing: F13 (Straight B/L, without actual Buyer and Seller information)
Customer Filing: F17 (Buyer and seller information - no cargo data)
