Further to our Customer Advisory dated January 23, 2020, we would like to update you on General Average status of the vessel and GA Security requirements for this incident.

Due to the slow inbound container pick-up activity caused by the outbreak of Novel Coronavirus and the extension of the Lunar New Year holidays, some Chinese terminals, especially Xingang (Tianjin) and Shanghai are already facing a serious shortage of available reefer plugs.

In order to minimize any negative impact on our customer’s import cargo moving into mainland China, ONE will not apply container detention charges (excluding port storage, monitoring fee) over the 24th January to 9th February 2020 period (inclusive of both dates).
